The sweating during a workout I can totally handle, it's the sweating while just trying on shoes that I can't stand! Bleh! Everyday simple activities make my brow moist, causing my hair to stick and ...it's embarrassing :/

Salads from most restaurants....seriously? So many calories. I realize that's because they mix the dressings in, but still - I used to pick 1500 calorie salads thinking "oh hey, this is great for me!"

Phew! Finally back on track! Lost 1 pound since last week, checking in at 253.5! (That's 10 pounds since I started yaaay!) there was a whole damn pizza in my fridge all week long. But what did I do? Okie dokie, after a week of craziness and visiting my parents I didn't lose anything, so I'm still at the same. Sorry guys! I'm just happy I didn't gain 30 pounds with my mother's insane cooking! However I did get to do 3 days of strength training, and for 6 days got 4+ of colorful foods in! Yay for House Points!

So far this week I've eaten green bell peppers, red tomatoes, yellow corn, white onions, oranges (love those cuties!), green avocados, green broccoli (on a all veggie pizza which included a bunch of the already mentioned!), and leafy greeny salad goodness. I absolutely love love love the wii fit, especially all the aerobics. I even use my wii balance board as a stair stepper for evening workouts while watching TV :)
