Pizza!!!! OMG i could seriously eat pizza every day...now I have it in moderation or i make mini pizza on whole wheat English muffins. And i was a snacker...every time i would pass thru the kitchen i would snack a lil. That's still a hard one for me but at least now it's healthy snacks like wheat thins and peanuts instead…

I drink Whipped Vodka and diet Stewart's Orange or diet Sunkist....tastes like a creamsicle!!! 1 oz. of the whipped vodka is 88 oz. and if I stay under my cals with the alcohol I only need 3 or maybe 4 drinks to get my buzz on!!

You should try the Atkins bars. You can find them at Wal-Mart or Atkins.com. And also, you should be looking at the net carbs for a low carb diet. I did the Atkins diet for 6 weeks and lost 30 lbs., but a half of it came back afterward. It's not realistic I think unless you add 5 carbs each week after you slow to a lb. a…
