  • Try adding it to oatmeal. I eat chocolate chip Quaker instant oatmeal with a couple TBL of peanut butter chips (like chocolate chips, but pb ones) its delicious! Might not be that "healthy" for you, but oatmeal is good for you my version is just more like a "dessert"

  • I bought this big plastic cup at the dollar store that came with a lid and straw and it helps me to drink more water. I think the cup is almost 34 oz, and I usually fill it 3 or 4 times a day!!
  • I like to snack in the evenings after dinner, so I make sure I plan my meals/snacks throughout the day so I have enough calories left to snack later on! Also, if I know Im having something higher in calories for a meal, I try to workout more to make up those extra calories.

  • What about eating a pudding cup? They're low in calories or Yoplait light yogurt? They have some good flavors, apple turnover, key lime pie, harvest peach and raspberry cheesecake are my favorite. They are only 100 calories each. The carbs are low too! They're good for you, but still give you something "sweet" to eat!

  • I never typed in all my food I used to eat, but I know it would be ALOT!!! Like for example my husband and I get bagels from this place and they're so good! I would eat 2 of them in the morning.   • I try to save my calories/carbs for evening snacking too! Like some else said, popcorn is a great snack, with little calories and carbs. Or how about sugarfree jell-o or popsicles, I haven't looked up the count yet but Im sure the calorie intake is pretty low!
