Simple answer for you. Keep doing what you're doing, and one day you will be there. I found a simple recipie of eating properly and working out is the easiest method. The only math involved was macro counting and TDEE. Don't worry about losing XXX lbs or achieving XX%. it will happen. Just focus on the scale and body…

<<<<< Desperately searched for an entire 5 minutes for a "cake attacking me" GIF and found nothing. So dissapointed.

Don't keep procrastinating. You're not breaking the cycle. Just watch the video at work instead of putting it off. If your boss asks, your working on personal and proffessional improvement for the betterment of the company.

I am usually the one bugging people to work out with me. Now I got a guy who wants me to run with him and I'm always stuck at work when he's ready to go.

I make a tuna wrap with cheese. Low-cal, and delicious! and best of all goes great with all the beer cause it takes only long enough to drain the can of tuna and wrap it up in a totilla.

I think I found your problem. You skipped to many periods because of your eating disorder.

Is it part of the Paleo Diet?
-
I also heard the purified urine of a halfling goat contains a day's worth of sodium. And it's supposed to taste better than pickle juice.
-
Sweat out lots of salt. Don't worry about sodium count in my meals. Balances out for me.
-
Of course they did! I saw it in a 30 second documentary! ... ...or was that just a beer commercial during a Paleo documentary?

I've been running most of my adult life and I still feel like my lungs can't keep up. The difference is when you hit this point. Trust me, start small. It's miserable. running 1/2 a mile is misery, running a mile is misery. Running 3 miles is misery. Then suddenly you're looking forward to that 6 mile relaxing run. But it…

Old saying it the Marine Corps: "If you ain't puking, you ain't running fast enough." That being said, it could have been from any number of things, and it's just a part of life. And to the comment about pooping on a run? I've seen that happen a few times.

Honestly, the downsides of alcohol are two-fold. 1) CALORIES: But if you plan accordingly you can still lose. I brought myself down to my goal weight still drinking plenty of beer, you just count it into the calories. (See avatar) 2) Self Control: This is the hard part. you have one or two drinks, you want more. Now you're…

Rock Climbing is a great way to change up your workout and keep things interesting. I prefer the out-door real thing, but just hitting a climbing gym for an hour or so can really tear you up!

Either beer, or spaghetti. Not sure which was last.

Originally Alaska, no currently SoCal! Lovin' it!

But I don't like to poop!

I say focus on calorie intake for about 4-6 weeks. Once you have that mastered, then worry about macros. Sodium is a really hard one to get around, and honestly since I live in a hot climate, sweat my *kitten* of when I run, and drink lots of fluid, I don't worry too much about it. I just never add salt to anything.

I am a firm believer in short/medium/long term planning. Therefore I picked a long term goal of being a sexy beast! Now I had to figure out how to get there. short term was getting back down to my natural maintenance weight. Medium was signing up for a 1/2 marathon. Figured the cardio and such would benefit the short and…

I usually do a breakfast bowl of egg white and either ground turkey, or just deli turkey chopped fine and a slice of cheap processed Kraft cheese on the top. Delicious, and healthy! And it's eating clean! the processed cheese came out of a plastic wrapper, so no dirt added! (but to ensure you are eating clean you can rinse…

But... But.. But... that is his real pic! Now let me perv you!

Take it from a pro (drinker, not exercise stud). drinking after you work out hits you faster. part of the reason I love a cold beer in a hot shower after a long run.

Circuit training in the parking lot. you can do it by parking lot lines. Sprint 3 lines, pushups. run back to start. Sprint 3 lines, pushups. 3 more, crunches. back to start Sprint 3 lines, pushups. 3 more, crunches. 3 more, burpees. back to start... you get the idea. Set up about 5 exercises and you will have a KICK…

I like to weigh myself either after a big poop, or a long run. I lost 3 lbs in water weight today from my run. And TRUST ME!, I felt it. Way to hot out today.

buy a fish scale, hang it from the ceiling. No more worrying about uneven floors. All jokes aside, just choose a scale and stick with it. it's all relative anyways. just as long as the numbers are going down over a period of time, who cares what it really says?

You have to eat more to lose more! Everybody knows this. Look it up. It's on the internet!

If you don't eat all day you will feel it quicker, so if you're eating less than you used to that could do it. Having lost a large amount of weight could have done it. heck, even drinking after exercise could do it. Trust me, count it a blessing!

So do you work through your DOMS or not when your upper body still hurts from 2 days ago?
