you need to eat more, have you read IPOARM? that might help you work out how many calories you should be eatting One thing you havn't mentioned is how much weight your trying/need to lose Take a multi vit as well PS; i feel sleepy if i eat white bread, so i avoid it now :)

:) VLCD - Very Low calorie Diet ..............................i think i saw it written somewhere this is classed as eating below your BMR. I would suggest trying yo get your 8 glasses in (i have herbal tea's to try to up the fluid as well)

THIS: eat what you love in the right portions and cooked as healthily as possible, we (the whole family) have a tasting day once a week, where we have a minuscule portion of something new, if we like it i will then cook it as a meal the following week, if we don't we bin it and move on.

have you tried the scooby calculator? My TDEE is 2305 and i net (1959 15%cut or 1843 20%cut) but i also eat it consistently every day. my activity is light So your stats might be higher than mine (with your activity)
