Just for fun: I've started hiking a great trail along the north shore of Long Island and I can feel my legs strengthening from it. Once they get strong enough, I'm gonna start C25K again and NOT get stuck at week 5!0 -

I will get my stats up tomorrow.
And my fitness event will be a the 10km Goddess run on June 1st:) Yay. I look forward to subtracting 5 lbs with everyone!0 -
