  • It is expensive, suppossed to taste awesome, and comes with a 30 day guarantee. It also has whey isolate instead of concentrate like other BB products. I am thinking about trying it, but am leary due to poor physical reactions from the low-quality Protein Powder used in the other products.

  • I haven't tried it yet, but I just purchased Maximum Results because it has the "Learn and Burn" DVD. I previously had purchased Turbo Jam Live, to preview it, but when I tried it I was totally lost...couldn't get a workout for trying to figure out the moves

  • I say let go of the calories that you didn't get in yesterday. I completely do not get where the idea of saving up calories or making up calories came from...it is kind of ridiculous to me. Hope that your tooth feels better and that you are able to get on track today.
