So my mom says that my bum is looking smaller! Yay I'm super excited! It's little things like that really make you want to keep going. I did level two of the 30ds, and it hurts and kills me! But it's so worth it!

So the other day i didn't work out at all. But today i moved up to 30ds level two and I feel really really good!

I kind of slacked off a little yesterday. I didn't work out at all! But today i plan to walk at least two miles on the treadmill cause it's windy and cold outside and later to do 30ds. Yay!

Jillian's videos are good for the low impact part. There is some but she usually has some kind of modification to make it a little easier until you work up to it. And even if you can't do the high impact stuff (like I couldn't for a bit) I would just substitute some kind of cardio instead of that part like the shadow…

Any of them are good to start with. I started with 30DS and then went to BFBM. I haven't tried any of the others yet. I'm really interest in her Yoga Meltdown. I may be getting that one soon.

I love her 30 Day Shred too! My mom has Ripped in 30 and I bought her Killer Buns and Thighs for Christmas. I'm thinking about borrowing them soon to try those out as well! And parvati if you say that Bob's are harder I may have to work up to those a bit but they are now on my list!

Well i didn't work out the past two days, cause i wasn't feeling really up to it. I was kind of drained, but after two days i am really to keep going. Just got done with my 30ds. I think this is like day four or five for me. I can't even remember! But i did it and that's what counts!

Well I wasn't able to start yesterday because i got off work too late, but I did it first thing this morning! I needed a little help getting out of bed but once i got up and did it, I feel great! I can't wait to see the results!
