I was so tired after getting home from school at 10pm, but I did my squats! To be one hundred percent honest my form SUCKS! It is something that will require a lot of practice, attention and care. I didn't do any cardio beyond walking to the bus and around campus and walking my dog. I logged 38 minutes of walking at 3 mph…

I'm Jill and I am thankful to have all of you kicking me in the butt, supporting me, and keeping me accountable! I am a philosophy major at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a minor in women's studies. I'm a year and a half from my first bachelors degree and plan on getting my masters and phd in women's studies. I've…

Congrats! I recently hit my first 30 day streak as well. It feels so great to be honest, productive, and in control. Keep up the good work!

In a short while you will be a healthier you while he will be no closer to achieving his goals. I honestly feel that when someone insults you it is a reflection upon some unhappiness they have within their own life.

Booooooo :( I have been looking forward to a hysterectomy thinking it would be the ultimate answer :(

I will have to look for the picture on your instagram. I would like to read it and hopefully gain some strength in being assertive with my future doctor. I really need to be my own advocate and press the doctor into developing a treatment plan that will work for me. I want to also say thank you to all of the ladies that…

Yes, I tried it. It shortened my periods but made most other aspects of my life a living nightmare. I have heard some people have great reactions and some people really hate it. I was on the hate it side :/

From 7th-11th grade I was missing one or more weeks of school a month due to endo. I'm also familiar with taking dangerous amounts of Tylenol to try to ease the pain. I also had so much tissue growth on my bladder that I would often go days without being able to urinate. My surgery two years ago helped ease that issue a…

Well, unlike you I have a lot of weight to loose. However, I am a full time student at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee studying philosophy and women's studies. I'm a little more than half way through my Bachelor's degree with goals of making it all the way through a PhD program. I can always use more friends on here!

Going to get a new one Tuesday. This time I get to take my husband along so he can loose his tattoo virginity :) I agree that you should work with your artist. My best tattoos are when I have gone to the artist with an idea and a few things that I want to have integrated but allowing them to arrange it and tweak it to fit…

I took before pictures. I have them hidden, lol. I'm so used to going through all of my pictures to find the perfect angle that makes me look 'not as big', so I reallllly hate my before pictures because I didn't do that. I know I will want them one day though, and it does seem like it would be a motivator as you can really…

I'm worried about this too. It's easy to fit a workout in on summer break, but will be harder when I have 70+ hours a week committed to school. I don't know how you get to school. I walk to the bus line, which is about 3/4 of a mile. I am going to take a longer route or may walk to a further bus stop (at least as long as…

Wow! Seeing people like you who have put so much work into reaching their goal with such consistency really helps me to know that it is possible. Congrats to you!

Just wanted to add- Find your favorite 'healthy naughty food'. When I am really craving the pop I have a zero calorie carbonated cherry flavored water. When I am not drinking pop every day it comes really close to having a cherry pepsi. I also have Luigi's Italian Ice. At 70 calories with no sugar, it fills the need for a…

My husband acts as if most fruits and veggies are poison. It made the first few days very hard. I have just been cooking two different meals but with the same meat. We eat a lot of chicken, so usually I make a potato for him and put my chicken on a salad. Thankfully I love avocados, so I can tell myself its either have…

I love coffee of all sorts. I usually order hot because its generally cheaper, but between 3-6 Dunkin Donuts has the $1 any size. My typical order is a large butter pecan with cream and sugar. It's so awful for me, but its sooooo good! I used to drink one or two a day, but now its only a special occasion drink :/

I have similar issues with both the weight and a bad knee. I was in a bad car accident last year and broke my leg. I had to have a rod put in and surgery on my knee. It has caused me chronic pain and my knee is always swollen. I started riding a stationary bike in physical therapy and it helped, but I got lazy and stopped.…

I'm pretty sure you just summed it up perfectly, lol

I suppose this isn't exactly a traditional salad, but growing up my dad peeled cucumbers, sliced them super thin, squeezed fresh lime juice over them and sprinkled cayenne pepper over them (just depends on how hot you like things). It's quick and easy to throw together and makes an awesome snack or side.

I am going to do a bi-monthly cheat day. On my cheat day I still don't go over my calories but I allow myself to fill those calories with less than ideal food. My cheat day was two or three days ago and I ate the Chinese food I was craving but chose foods that would keep me under my limit for the rest of the day. I also…

I agree. The ninth season cannot even be called Scrubs. I really wish I would not have watched it.

I'm just sitting over here sulking that Sons of Anarchy is only going seven seasons. Even though its not even done I wish it would last longer.

I would do just about anything for a guacamole burger right now.

The Almighty Thor. It was so awful that it was hilarious.

My small victory is that I have not done any middle of the night snacking in quite a while. Last night was soooo rough and coming up with enough will power to not have a late night snack is a big little victory for me.

I kind of did WW. Sometimes figuring out the points was difficult, and yes, it could be expensive. I'm still pretty new to MFP but so far I like it so much better! So far I have noticed it is easier to be accurate in tracking what I am eating and I actually feel full. I also feel like I am not having to deny myself of…

I'm in the US, but would love to share a weight loss journey with you! My friends= more strength!

Pre-logging saved me today! I ran out of time to cook so wound up getting fast food. Prelogging made me re-think my usual order and choose an equally tasty but (slightly) better meal. I just have to make sure I make healthy choices for dinner. To make up for the fast food I am leaving starches out of my dinner.
