If you are using a fluoride tooth paste every day your teeth should be well protected, you can also rinse with a fluoride mouth wash half way through the day to increase the protection if you are worried

you shouldnt brush you teeth immediately eating or drinking anything. the acidic effects are the same as eating fruit, and many other things. if people are worried eat a cube of cheese after as it brings the acid level in your mouth back to normal

I drink coke zero all the time, at my last check up at the dentist she said "I dont even know why your here, you dont even need a de scale" as long as you have good oral hygiene nothing is really a problem, an electric tooth brush is your best friend.

Wether you are bothered about the number on a scale or not what you need to do is eat at a deficit and lose fat. You can not spot reduce so it also is irrelevant where you think your fat is too. Eat at a deficit making sure you are getting plenty of protein and lift weights

I hadn't weighed in for a while before Christmas. so between 24th November and 1st January I gained 4.1lbs. I was expecting more as had not been counting/logging at all.
