Two or three times a week, maybe less.

Interesting. I'm 5'10" with a 27in waist...I don't even think it was 35in when I was pregnant lol.
-
I'm going through this as well (I'm 4-6lbs from goal-153lbs at 5'10", goal <149lbs). I've been trying to up my water intake so I don't crave snack type foods as much, but it's not foolproof. I bought myself three decent sized water bottles and fill them each morning and MOST of the time if I drink those by about 1pm I do…

I usually have to drink 10+ cups of water a day for about ten days for my body to adjust to it. If I hit the gym particularly hard, it's even easier. I still pee often (it's not the water, just my body) but it definitely improves as you keep at it. Also, in the summer when you're outside etc you'll be able to drink a lot…

Take measurements. From August 1st to October 1st I only lost ONE POUND, but over 10 inches on my body. From October 1st to November 1st, I lost 4 more inches, and five pounds. For me, measurements have been a MUCH better indicator of change than the number on the scale.

I carry on as usual and it doesn't really affect my workouts. You'll be all right. ;)

I'm self conscious of my thighs and calves. I'm at a healthy weight (154 at 5'10") and a size 6 but I'm still not happy with my legs!

My husband and I box/spar and lift weight togethers. <3

I think you need to really question whether or not he's going to support you in a marriage. It's not about the event, or the time, or what he's doing - a marriage is hopeless without some mutual respect and compromise and honestly, he doesn't seem to be giving you either. JMO.

That's awesome!

I would bump your calories up a bit, but YES, it does get easier!! You can do this.

1600-2000 calories, gym 6 days a week (primarily strength training) I'm 157lbs and 5'10". In the last two months I've only lost 2lbs, but over 7 inches on my body. I'm pretty much at the weight I want to be at, just replacing fat with muscle. Hope this help! ETA: Oh and I wear a size 4 long or 6 long (usually 4).

I'd always ALWAYS rather lose inches than weight. I'm the only one who knows what the scale says, but everyone SEES the inches lost.
-
I love ChaLEAN Extreme. I lost 4 inches in the first 30 days and I started at a midrange healthy weight for my height (160lbs at 5'10").
-
It's been nearly three weeks for me (and I'm on a trip and my scale in six states away for another 2 weeks). I'm good with the no scale thing. :)

Just eat healthy, high protein foods in moderate proportions (like nuts). They're good for you, you can get some good calories without a lot of bulk (i.e. a handful of almonds for example) and they'll help you hit your calorie and protein goals.

I'm 5'10" 159lbs and 37.5 bust, 28.5 waist, and 39.5 hips. I'd like to get to 37.5/27/37 but I'm pretty proportionate now I think.
-
I eat 2 or 3 eggs, ⅓ cup cheddar cheese, 2-4oz chicken or turkey = omelet style. :) And yes it's very filling.

I'm 26 and have lost over 70lbs (pregnancy weight) and don't really have loose skin. It's more genetics though IME. I do A LOT of weight training though so I'm adding muscle (don't want to be "skinny fat" right?).
-
Protein is my #1 followed by calories. I don't worry too much about the rest (I mean, I don't care if I go over on sugar because of fruit, but if it's candy or something then I'd pay attention). I get about double the MFP suggested protein.
-
I'm 5'10" and 159lbs (last check, two weeks ago, probably less now). Anyways, I'm fairly small for my height. I had a guy on the elliptical next to me say "you better work harder, I've burned twice as many calories as you..." Now...he easily had 100lbs on me, EASILY. So as a 260+ pound guy, he was doing LESS time, LESS…

I don't care if someone knows how much I weigh? It's just a number. I'm 5'10" and weigh 159lbs, high weight of 230lbs (day I had my third child). Really, your weight NUMBER has little to do with how fit/healthy/attractive you are.
-
Sent you a request! I'm a stay at home mom too. :)
-
I go by 1g protein per 1lb of lean body mass, so 125g of protein a day for me. I usually do my high(er) protein meals/snacks after my work outs, but that's also because I work out first thing in the morning.

I deal with this every.SINGLE.day! My fiancé has been incredible over the last year especially, but it's hard when you have such a distorted image you are unhappy with your body even at a proper weight. Anyways, for me going shopping for clothes this week really helped. I never thought I'd wear a 25/37 jean and I do...
-
I'm also trying to lose fat/gain muscle. I'm 159lbs and 5'10" so I'm happy enough with the number but want to change the body shape/composition. You can add me if you want.
-
I drink 10-12 8oz glasses of water a day. It will absolutely aid in weight loss and by your post you clearly need more of it.
-
I do ChaLEAN Extreme at home and love it. It's primarily weights (like you, I'm not trying to lose much more). I'm 5'10" and 159lbs.

I got divorced almost two years ago after 6.5 years and four kids. You'll be okay. Have a positive/strong attitude, it's what you make it.

I wonder if that's actually right. I'm 5'10" (so 70 inches) and so that's 35 inches. My waist is 29 inches (at navel, not smallest part) and I expect it'll get another inch or two smaller...
