Thanks for all the replies, looks like it's A OK then. I'll try some of the suggestions and see which brand I prefer.

We're alike, if I'm going to ruin my diet for the day it's between those hours. Yesterday for example I fell off the wagon harder than ever, polishing off about 8 Highland Shortbread biscuits at 110 calories each. I still have no control when it comes to food :(

I just had to order 2x10kg plates as I've already outgrown what I had. I'm still lifting really light compared to you guys (even when you first started) but I am making progress which is encouraging. £33 though, and right at Christmas! Ouch.

Every Saturday in the morning.

Don't completely deprive yourself of everything you enjoy, just eat less of it and have it less often.

I let MFP do it for me guided so it should be. I'm 6ft 3 / 213lbs currently. I started at 300+ and I want to get down to 200lbs.
-
OK thanks, so going over by 10 - 15 isn't a big deal? At what point would I need to worry?
-
Yeah I mean on the macro bit, 76 is my daily goal.

Christmas Eve and Day I'll be a bit naughty, I won't go nuts but if I want something I'll have it. If you give yourself a couple of days where you eat at maintenance it won't kill you and you'll have plenty of extra calories to play with.

Yep, if I'm hungry but can't eat due to being out of calories I turn into a grumpy sod.
-
I tried it and I was hungry all the time so I ended up overeating.

I found this woman extremely annoying and I couldn't make it through the whole video.
-
I'd rather not, there's no need.

I feel like I definitely have some wiggle room. I managed to do what the 5x5 app suggested for most of the exercises fairly easily, although I struggled with the standing shoulder press, I just couldn't do the recommended 20kg which I know is really light for you guys but my body is so weak right now, I was morbidly obese…

Sainsbury's Taste The Difference spaghetti bolognese. I really love their cottage pie as well.

Diet is 90% of the battle.

You'd make yourself terribly ill trying.

A newborn calf, aiming for a 2 month old horse by the time I'm done.

Soon enough you'll be jetting around without even thinking about it, I still catch myself thinking "damn, I'm walking and not about to pass out", it's a wonderful feeling and it takes less time than you'd expect!
-
You look good, I'm also 6ft 3 and thought sub 200lbs would be "too thin" but apparently not. I'm currently around 209lbs and I now I definitely want to lose a little more. And you really remind me of someone famous but I can't put my finger on it.

I noticed I was getting lots of "we've missed you" emails from Domino's, Pizza Hut and Papa John's. I'm starting to think pizza attributed to my obesity :D
-
I'm literally reading about 5x5 stronglifts now. I lost my weight entirely from calorie counting which I kinda regret as I'm still weak and I'd like to change that.
-
Gaining all the weight back terrifies me, the thing is I still love food and I could easily slip back into old habits.
-
The plank photo makes me think mostly skin, I have the same issue in that pose. If I had the money I'd have it removed in a heartbeat, I hate it.
-
Yeah, I have 2.5lb and 5lb plates but that's about all that will fit safely, maybe 3x5lbs at the absolute most.
-
Anywhere from 5lbs to 12.5lbs.
-
As soon as you wake up after emptying yourself.

I cheated today, ate a giant bag of Tesco's finest cheddar and onion crisps, about 800 calories for the whole bag. They were absolutely delicious, I don't know if it's because I haven't had crisps in 13 months or if they are just that good but I enjoyed them. I will make up those calories before my next weigh in on…

Yes, my God yes. I am so sick of hearing family members telling me to stop losing weight, it's beyond annoying. Why would I stop losing weight when I'm so close to a normal, healthy BMI for the first time in my life? And it's not like I'm even small now, I'm just not zoo animal sized anymore. I'm 6ft 3 and 15st 5lbs, I…

Eating junk food won't ruin your diet if you stay within your calorie and macro limit, but it will make you a damn sight hungrier throughout the day, which can lead to overeating. High taste/low nutritional value food has to become something you have as a treat, or when you're really craving it, not something you have all…
