I have the same issue except I have thunder thighs and skinny ankles which makes my thighs and bum look even bigger. Squats and lunges are about your lot, but running should give an all over body fat loss... just wish i could get into it :(

Be organised... plan the meals, if they don;t have lunch then they don't, but you do. Make dinner but just have your normal portion. Have snack available for them but use will power. They eat healthy so just make enough for them to have a big portion or seconds. x

I cook with olive oil. Loads of calories in it so I just try and moderate it. Plus it's better for you healthwise than any other oil. I have marg on toast sometimes but do prefer butter but 'tis naughty x

If you are hungry, eat. I don't eat all my exercise calories back if I'm not hungry, especially if I exercise later in the evening. Listen to your body. I started doing this by accident as I just started doing squats. I've jumped to 17 as I did 2 at 50, 2 at 100, then straight onto 150. I'm hoping to lose inches.
