I would like to see the answers to this question. I'm 5' 2" and 140 lbs. I have a small waist and thicker through the hips and thighs. It's so hard to find jeans that don't gap 3 inches in the waist and hang over my feet. :)

Yes, you should still keep some type of tonning regimen. I've read that it only takes two weeks to start losing muscle tone once you stop.

I totally agree with this. Also, I don't like back and shoulder hair. Hair on arms, chest and legs of a man is a good thing. :)

Maybe it shouldn't be so much in fining the people who are overweight at rewarding the people to exercise, eat right and take care of themselves. I rarely go to the Dr. and am not on any kind of maintenance medications. Why should I have to pay the same insurance premiums as others who do not take care of themselves. Maybe…

Although nothing can do it for you, this site is a really great tool to use. You definitely have to change your mind set and habits to be successful, but YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

Try walking lunges with weights in each hand, or front or side step-ups with weights. I know I usually feel it in my rear the next and second day after those.

I take Zumba and TurboKick classes frequently. I was getting blisters on the outsides of my big toes. I started wrapping them with white plumbers tape before class. It has helped a lot. I also find if I don't have a snack at least 1 to 1 1/2 hrs before my personal training session I feel week and can't give it my best. I usually try to have a Fiberone bar, cheesestick, greek yogurt or something similar before I leave work. It really makes a big difference and doesn't make you feel sick while working out.
