Of course, it's possible. You are proof!!

Even at my smallest, as a teenager, I looked like a gigantic pear in a one-piece swimsuit. Not to mention that they pull and feel uncomfortable. I'm 5'7", and my highest weight was up around 180. My lowest adult weight has probably been around 125. I'm 132 right now. I have worn, am wearing, and will always wear a bikini…

So cool to scroll down and see you shrinking before my eyes! Great job!!!

Blondie. It has a nice beat, and you can dance to it. Oh, and Debbie Harry looks GREAT, very motivational. :)

Hi, Neighbor! Mississippi, here.

Janis Joplin :)

I trained for my first 5k, and it was incredibly stormy that day. The good thing about that was that a lot of people who signed up didn't show because of the storm, so I took 1st place in my age category -- my first race. :) Great time for a first time! Congratulations!

I love classic rock and folk rock the BEST, jam bands, the Woodstock "set," and I can go along with some of the new alternative and indie bands. But if you're talking RIGHT NOW, I have to put in a good word for a little band called Langhorne Slim. They are simply amazing, adorable, and cool as hell. I can NOT understand…

I've been thinking this same thing. I am less than five pounds from my college weight, when I was 18, and I still wake up daily feeling "fat." I have to step on the scale every day and break out the tape often just to check. I also have this one pair of jeans that I must compulsively try on, just to make sure I can still…

Wow, WHAT an *kitten*!! I'm sorry. I wish I knew something to say that would help. No one should have to endure bullying like that.

Today....I think my favorite is American Beauty.

If you feel comfortable, maybe just maintain for a while. I have done that a few times. Since I've gotten below 135, I feel really great but am more motivated than ever to get to that final goal. So, while I'm feeling it, I'm going to push for it. If you're not, just spend some time enjoying where you are right now. Just a…

I just moved, too, 300 miles from everyone I've ever known. I understand how you feel.

SO incredibly beautiful!!

Haha...Bobby Hill -- I wondered what ever happened to him!! :)

Oh, wow! Yeah, it's noticeable!!

Great job, and I UNDERSTAND!! I was 134 this morning! It feels great, doesn't it? Next stop: the 120s!

I used low-carb to lose about 30 pounds. I loved it and felt great. I just eat moderately, now, and watch my calories. But I would go back on the Atkins diet tomorrow. If I needed to.

I'm 41. Most people who meet me argue that this is not possible...and who am I to argue about THAT?? I feel like I'm 21.

I really don't worry about what my ex-husband does or doesn't do. We have kids together, too, but how he communicates with ME is not much of a concern to me. As long as he does what he is supposed to do with the kids, I'm content.

"Is muscle a turn-off?" No.

I'm not, as a general rule, a disco-music lover, but Blondie seems to have the perfect tempo for my run. Some songs by Led Zeppelin, too, and I AM a Led Zeppelin-music lover...

Possibly a "girl thing." Being a 40-year-old woman, I would not know. It's a new one on me.

I started around 170 and am around 140 now. I'm hoping for 130; we'll see. I want to read this later when it's not so late.

I didn't gain anything. My philosophy was that I had lost so much over the past year, and it would take DAYS of overeating to do MUCH damage. On the days that I had an event, I just ate very lightly during the day, so I could have what I wanted that night. What I found was that I really didn't WANT that much. I didn't log…

This is good. I just got under 140. Never going back again.

Sounds good. I could use a challenge.

If I run for an hour, I supposedly burn nearly 600 calories. Depends on several factors.

It worked really well for me. I enjoyed it and felt great. I used this site to help keep up with my carbs. Once I lost nearly 30 pounds, I started counting calories and didn't gain any weight at all. In fact, I've lost 3 more since I switched a couple of weeks ago. I have to say my 6 months or so on Atkins was just what I…
