The metformin is supposed to help with appetite supression as well. I would discuss with your doctor though before you quit taking the piss. Yes they are a pain in the *kitten* to remember to take everyday, but you really should talk to the doc first.

we can be ordered, but it's very very rare. We have people, like myself, that snatch up any and all overtime. I think it's only happened twice in the last 15 years here.

I work 3rd and I've never had a problem with splenda. Everyone is different though and process things different.

A couple of people I already knew prior to MFP. I have met one so far and it was great. She rocked, in fact we are running a 5k next weekend together. Very excited.

I have 4 One on my uper left arm for my 300 game in bowling Garfield on my upper right arm, because that is so my personality, lol Compass rose on my left wrist And bulding blocks on my right leg one for each kid. Their initial with date of birth and their favorite color.

I work the overnight. Never had trouble sleeping during the day, but the last 6 months if I get 4 hours during the day it's a miracle.
