    I am a manager in training for a top notch car rental agency.

    Just switched gears and gave up my management job at an airport to go to an in town local branch! What sucks is I had to start all over after 6 years and work my way back up to the top again! I stepped down because it was taking too much of a toll on my family with small kids! Soon I will be promoted again! the benfits.....much better hours and being home with kids more often and the hours are wayyyyyy better too:)
