  • I've read that the whole egg is good for you, but only eat the yolk in moderation. I eat eggs almost every day, and I love a hard boiled egg, which is only 17 calories without the yolk! I usually only eat a whole egg once a day IF that, but allow myself as many egg whites as i feel like :)

  • I went to Target and bought a Reebok product which comes with a big exercise ball, and 3 resistance bands, with a video that shows you how to do everything. It's pretty easy but I felt it the next day!

  • Awesome! I didn't do any detox, I just slowly went from eating awful foods to better foods, and I'm starting to eat more organic. I've been working really hard to eat mostly fruits and veggies, not easy! :)
