It does make sense, but it seems like effort to work it all out. I would just log it as 10 minute miles, I doubt the calorie count is much diff, and it's better to underestimate than over. Well done, though, I'm nowhere close to a 10 minute mile! :flowerforyou:

I'm in, I did 30 mins this morning, so will do 35 on 8th and so on. I have a 5k on 15th July, which will take me longer than 40 mins I suspect, but I'll see how it goes.

I got up & jogged this morning, despite only 5.5 hours sleep & too much wine last night. I will rock my 5k in July :happy:

Mushrooms, I used to hate them, now I eat loads, and blue cheese, when I was a kid I couldn't stand the stuff, now I really love it and can eat it on it's own! :laugh:

I understand where you are coming from with not wanting to waste, but to be honest, if you are eating at work, it's not your food/money that's being wasted anyway, so if they wont/can't do smaller portions, then chuck what you don't want.

I generally find 'You look well' to be the most annoying. I take it to mean 'you look awful, so that's the best I can come up with'. Maybe I'm just over sensitive tho :laugh:
