Congrats!! I'm 30 weeks pregnant...prior to getting pregnant, I had lost 80 pounds. I hit the ground running, but fizzled out quickly. I've gained back about 18, but refocusing so that I can end the pregnancy healthier. I changed my calorie settings to maintenence like some of the others mentioned....as far as exercise,…

A friend of mine likes to cut up potatoes and put cottage cheese over it and bake...it's actually pretty good. Otherwise I like mine with wheat crackers or fruit.
-
Greek yogurt, fruit (right now, I'm loving peaches), and 2 slices of 35 calorie wheat toast with no calorie butter spray or a whole wheat english muffin. I also drink 32-48oz of water with my breakfast.

I'd try smoothies with added spinach or kale...you WON'T taste the veggies at all, and you'll get all the health benefits of them! Also, experiment with your veggies--you might surprise yourself...have you tried grilling veggies? Asparagus and zucchini are quite tasty on the grill. Just marinade in a little olive oil and…

I was 26 when my 1st was born and I believe that was the perfect time for me. I'm pregant now with my 2nd and I'm 32 :)
-
Just take a test! :)
-
I'd substitute the shakes for smoothies--use unsweetened coconut, almond, or cow's milk, fresh (frozen) fruit, spinach, and unsweetened plain yogurt. You'll still see sugar on your diary, but it's healthy sugar--from the fruit.

Just over 27% :)
-
Green smoothie and toast (35 calorie bread and I Can't Believe It's Not butter spray).
-
I started at 295, am down to 215 now...feel free to add me if you'd like :)

1000 calories a day would be too low even if you literally laid flat in bed ALL day long...Like a lot of others said, you need to find out your BMR and eat that every day--that's what your body NEEDS to function. If you ate 1000 a day, plus worked out, plus did your every day activities, your body could literally end up…

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks Blend well. Sub any fruit really--I love this combo though!
-
My favorite combo is 2 tbsp PB2, 1 tsp brown sugar, and a quarter cup of dried cranberries. I also like slivered amonds, cranberries, and diced apples :)
-
To avoid a bunch of artificial junk and too much sugar, consider making your own....oatmeal and peanut butter is a good combo--there are a bunch of recipes online!

I never thought I would have lost this much weight (I used to yo-yo, usually lose about 30, the regain) I never thought I'd be a runner (I graduated C25K!!) I never thought I'd be eating (and enjoying) so many fruits and veggies! I never thought I'd be considering a career in public health :)

Lean meats like chicken and turkey--buy in bulk so it's cheaper per pound and make ahead meals, or prepare it, cut it into chunks and freeze so you can pull it out later and add it to wraps, salads, or casseroles. Veggie burgers are yummy, but can be pricey unless you find coupons. Beans, quinoa, and soy milk are also good…

I'd love to join...I've lost 80 lbs but been hanging out at around 220 for a while now....take me to Onederland...lol :)

I used to eat a couple of pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream a week, lots of pizza, fast food burgers and fries, milkshakes, cheese-- if I was making something mexican or a casserole, I'd LOAD it down with the tons of cheese!

I love my Aldi store...ours has excellent produce, but I have heard some don't. I don't buy a lot of their meat, other than the frozen chicken breast tenderloins, which we love, especially for slow cooker recipes. I love their Fit and Active cheeses and they have Greek yogurt now, which is about 35 cents cheaper than…

I'm in Ohio and I think a lot of people think there's nothing to do there...but WRONG! I live 20 minutes from Lake Erie, where there is boating, fishing, water sports, and the best theme park in the US--Cedar Point! Ohio also has lots of scenic areas like Hocking Hills (hiking, camping, etc), Amish country (avoid this if…

HRM are more for fitness...I wouldn't wear it all day, just when you're doing organized fitness activities.

Dimples!

PB2 and a banana or finely chopped apple!

I throw frozen chicken tenderloins in the crockpot along with reduced sodium chicken broth (the chicken doesn't have to be completely covered, but at least part way) and spices of choice (I like black pepper and garlic powder or any of the Mrs. Dash varieties). Cook on low for 8 hours, then use the chicken as you wish. If…

Fremont, Ohio here. I lived in Columbus from 2001-2003 though :)

I made this with devil's food cake combined with angel food cake...very yummy. I figured the calories to be 109 per cake (I mixed the 2 cake mixes and then measured out the entire amount just to see exactly how many tablespoons there were in the mix). Yum!

Just about anything you'd normally use ground beef for can handle the turkey substitute. I actually prefer ground turkey in spaghetti and lasagna. I like to brown the turkey, add a bunch of chopped bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini and let the veggies get a little soft. Add a can of no salt added diced…

Whole pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream: at least 350 calories per serving X 4 servings per pint =1400!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
