Was 265, down to 170. But with setbacks and life, (read: eating and not working out) back up to 215... trying to get back down and catch this seemingly run away weight train! Making sure I do some workout E.V.E.R.Y. DAY. (30min or 1 hour) and trying to control my diet (it'll be better after these cookies are gone) i know...

Sounds like some toning and exercise might get those extra bits off! Amazing what some core exercises ( sit ups, lunges, and squats will do!)

Sometimes you have to start with eating something different when you are stressed! If you eat salad ( fat free Western dressing by is delicious) when you are stressed, or steamed broccoli, or spinach with garlic and butter--you can stress eat all you want!!! For me I was depressed and unsatisfied with my looks (5'4" and…

As a nurse I know that sometimes you can be too heavy to move, added weight means added pressure to joints( knees, back, ankles, spine). That's not counting if they've already been damaged form the years of heavy weight/ age/ atrophy from not being used, etc. Soooo.... sometimes it is necessary to get a large amount off,…

YES! Same intensity+ same impact+ a same time frame but at a higher temperature does burn more calories. http://www.livestrong.com/article/373028-does-exercising-in-hot-temperatures-burn-more-fat/ The reason people are bigger in warmer climates is because they tend to work out less, because they are hot. If they worked out…

I have always ate back half of my calories! I tried both ways and with not eating back any, I froze on the weight loss scale. When I ate back all my exercise calories I froze or gained on the scale (eeek!) So I eat half back (for you that would be about 500 calories) . You have time to try it for a week or two and see how…

I usually bounce between 10 pounds. I don't like the high end (at this point it's 175), so I'm going to lose 10 more pounds and hopefully hover between 155-165. :) I'm still trying to figure out what weight looks good on me. I don't want to look sickly, I want to be hott!! Not a stick!

Congratulations!! I just told someone yesterday that I am happy that I was fat first. (God, has a reason for everything!! :) ) Then I know how to appreciate what I have become and I appreciate that I am a better, stronger person coming from ridicule from having to become stronger than the few negative people in my life. I…

Do you think car makers should be held liable for car being able to go past 70 on the speedometer, too? I'mean 75 and up is clearly breaking the law AND tempting those who are prone to speed to do what is wrong. What about when people leave tips on the table, thieves walk by are being tempted to steal, should n't the…

Sugar does not aid obesity any more than any other food does. Over eating aids in obesity. Period. I know lots of people who don't like sweets and are huge because of pasta, and meat! I TOTALLY AGREE! Why post this on a calorie counting website? The ones it works for ignore it, the ones it doesn't work for use it as an excuse... js You don't have anything else to go on...so USE the calories listed, underestimate your calories burned, drink your water, get the sleep your body needs, and reduce the…

I use it because it gives me lots of protein with minimal calories. I can mix with just water or with other things (milk, oatmeal, fruit) if replacing a meal. It is a quick protein boost after a hard workout also.

awesome!

Totally AFTER!: I get stomach cramps if I eat before, unless I got up at 3 to let my food digest for an hour! The only thing I might do is have an 8 oz protein shake (just protein powder and water, 0 fruits)

Sorry, I forgot to answer you question about the cravings: On the first day only (when my craving are the most high) I have 1 tbsp or less of dark chocolate chips (70 calories or less), if I am craving sweets it REALLY helps.
