I'd clarify that with the company before you buy it....a swimsuit is actually quite commonly one of the things you CAN'T return if it doesn't fit due to "hygienic" reasons. Either way it's cute though.

Honestly, I just go with it and let it happen. I'm not really a binge eater, but on the few days before my period it feels like I am never quite satisfied and I am steadily eating throughout the day. It's not for everyone, but those who love it, really love it. My advice - eat a few hours before class. If you must eat right before choose something small like a piece of fruit. Go into class very well hydrated and replenish your electrolytes afterwards. :smile:

My thought is that fresh fruit and veggie juice can be a great addition to a healthy, whole foods diet, but I am not in favour of juice "cleanses". And 10 days is a long time to ingest nothing but juice! My suggestion is to just up your fruit and vegetable intake...focus on eating whole foods. Satisfy your sugar cravings…

Seconded. Yes, our bodies have a circadian rhythm.....that has absolutely nothing to do with food or when the body is "designed" to eat. When the body is designed to sleep, maybe. Anyway, I like to have a little something before bed. It helps me sleep better and is just comforting I find.
