You need to do Weight training then do some cardio. The more muscle you can put on the more calories you will burn and doing cardio will give you a bigger calorie deficit over your day or allow you to eat a little more.

Getting in your steps can be challenging at times I do well over the week but I don't do so well when I am on a rest day from work it is something I need to work on.
