Im on a rice bowl kick. Its ususally 1 cup of briwn rice, beans and a ton of different veggies. I wiuld like to make a few dsys worth at a time. But i was wondering how long will the rice, beans and cooked veggies last in the fridge. There is no meat in them until i reheat the meal. Thanks

unfortunately rice goes bad really easily, so no more than half a week or so in most fridges

Yeah especially brown rice as it contains more fat than white

Cooked brown rice can be stored, covered tightly, in a shallow container in the refrigerator for 4 days. It will maintain good quality in the freezer for 6 months but will remain safe indefinitely in the freezer as long as the temperature remains at 0 degrees F or lower.
