Struggles
Finding motivation to get on the treadmill and to drink enough water. I'm going to set up my portable DVD to Listen to music and put a water bottle on my treadmill before I go to bed it may help me do both exercise and drink. But I'm not a water drinker so here we go.

Good luck. Just start slow do 10 or 15 minutes each day to start with and work up from there as time goes. Set it up by your TV if you can and put on a program that you like that way you can work out and see something you like at the same time and the time will go much quicker. There are some apps that remind you to drink it may be worth trying one out on your phone and see if it helps you.0
