I cook a package of chicken breasts on sunday and steam some veggies and divide it into 5 containers for the week :smile:

Try increasing your calories a little at a time. I get crabby too if I don't eat enough. That's about the only suggestion I got :flowerforyou:

Maybe eating clean IS important to her. Probably why she asked in the first place. I eat pretty clean and it has made a huge difference in how I feel. That comment was not helpful and uncalled for.

Might try carb cycling and HIT training. Always seems to work for me. Only carb cycle for 2-3 weeks at a time. :wink:

I do this during the week for lunches. Makes life easier for me. I eat the same breakfast every day because I enjoy it. Dinner varies. Helps me to remember that food is fuel, eat to live not live to eat.

I also raise chickens free range. We hunt and eat venision instead of beef. If we do buy beef it's straight from a friend's farm.
