In! Aiming for 8-10 lbs in April. That'll be a total of 15-17 lbs lost since restarting my journey.
-

Here for suggestions. :D

Congrats corinneselene and Nerdphiliac! Med school bound too, but not for a bit though. Here for the great ideas. :drinker:

I just started the method this week and would love to hear other people's results too.
-
This thread is great (as were the others). I'm getting lots of new ideas. :)
-
Adding you too. I'm 5'2. :)
-
I'm 5'2 and when I weighed 196 lbs, I wore 14s comfortably. 12s if the pants/skirt/shorts were generously cut or contained lycra. I'm hovering around 152 now, and I'm a size 10.

Me too.
-
I could seriously make a list the length of my arm. I'll go with carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

We don't usually do anything special on Christmas Eve for dinner. I try to keep it light since most years I'm up wrapping gifts for family or putting gaming tables/bikes together. This year, we're doing Surf and Turf again, since it was a huge hit. The menu for lunch is mostly finger foods (for the kids). Lunch -…

Veggie pizza is pretty simple. You could use tortillas or some just add water pizza dough. Top it with pizza sauce and your favorite veggies. I second the tuna recommendation. A tuna salad, some Ritz Toasted Chips, and a fruit salad is light. That should be easily under 300 calories if you skip the mayo in favor of Miracle…

Would love to hear recommendations too.

161.4 lbs again this week. Not sure what caused it either. I really expected even a little loss.
-
Still at 161.4 lbs this week.
-
161.4 lbs this morning after my first week of Insanity.
-
Sorry about the late check in...and when I finally broke my plateau. 163.8 lbs this week.
-
Great job everyone. Goals for this week: Break what has obviously become a plateau, finish Week 20 of TF, complete two Zumba Express workouts, and complete two extra sessions of calisthenics/weight training.
-
Still at 164.8. I'm not pleased, but I guess it could be worse. :indifferent:
-
Couldn't stop laughing. Thanks for posting! :flowerforyou:
-
Happy Labor Day to all the ladies in the States! :drinker: Stayed the same this week. 164.8 lbs

Great job ladies! I can't believe it's already September. My goals for this week are more water, staying above a net of 1300 each day (MFP says 1200, but this last month of Turbo Fire has been leaving me ravenous), and cycling another 10 miles this week.
