Right now, my favorite song before a workout is Till I'm Gone by Tinie Tempah and Wiz Khalifa. Lately, it's been a lot of hip-hop, pop, or reggaeton (mostly Drake, Kanye West, Winsin y Yandel, Far East Movement, and Britney Spears) before my workouts (doing Turbo Fire and Zumba which both have good music). I love…

I just got my copies of Exhilarate this morning, and I've been doing Zumba for a while (on and off). I love it. Given the discrepancies between what I've been told about the calories burned, I think a HRM is the way to go if you can afford one. I'm hoping to get one soon. Thanks for the calculator, losinginalaska. I agree…

Great job everyone! And thanks Rach for the charts. They always make my Monday. Still trying to get control of my potato chip addiction. Light popcorn really did the trick yesterday, so I think I'll stick to that when I get cravings. Still trying to up my water intake. cocobeenie, good luck with the photo shoot.…

Retaining water, so I'm only down another 0.6 lbs to 183.4 lbs from last week. Hoping for a few more pounds gone by next week. Goals: 1. Up my water in take to 10 glasses per day. 2. Cut back on the fatty/salty snacks. 3. Continue TF week 8.
-
lunamare, that suit is cute and I love the color. I would've waited for it too. Who knew cleaning burned so many calories? I'm pooped between getting the house done and Turbo Fire this morning. Hope I see the results of all this on Monday.

Weighing in this morning at 184 lbs. I don't know where this woosh came from, but I'll take it. Goals for next week: 1. Continue Turbo Fire. 2. Two additional workouts next week (Zumba & WBL Kickboxing). 3. Water, water, water. 4. Stay under my total allotted fat grams.
-
Great job everyone. This week my goals are: 1. Continue Turbo Fire. 2. Try one new low-calorie recipe this week. 3. Complete one additional workout of 30 minutes or more. 4. Make it to the ten pound mark.

188.0 lbs Down 0.4 lbs from last week's WI, but no change since my last MFP weight update. It's pretty disappointing, but I think I'm going to up my calories and see what happens. I didn't get in an additional kickboxing workout, but I did get in an extra one, so I'm pleased with that. And I met my other goals last week,…

Forgot my goals too. :flowerforyou: 1. Workout six days this week and continue Turbo Fire. 2. Cut my diet soda intake in half. 3. Find the time for one extra non-TF kickboxing workout.
-
Whoa, that's a lot of weight! Good luck to everyone this week. And thanks for your hard work Rach. The chart looks great.
-
SW: 191.4 lbs CW: 188.4 3 whole pounds I am so glad to be rid of. Have a great day everyone.

Bump I just started the second month of Turbo Fire and adding BBL in the last month sounds awesome. I would love to hear suggestions too.

Those are two great sites to start with. You'll get the hang of it if you follow recipes and eventually, you can branch out on your own. You'll know what basic seasonings you like and can begin incorporating them into your cooking without cook books. Also, try getting a tabletop grill. That can help with grilled veggies…
-
I love to add a little bit of cheese, tomatoes, onions, and green peppers to my omelets. If I have left over grilled meat from dinner, I'll toss in a little of that too.
-
That really is a fantastic idea. I'll be moving mine this morning.
