    Weighing in at 214. I need to get my butt back in gear and logging my food. I plan on starting P90x back up soon. I have to get my diet back on track.

    Does anyone else have the problem of wanting to skip meals because it's too hot?!? I work outside and normally skip lunch because it's just too freakin hot! Even If I eat something small (fruit and turkey meat) I feel sick. I think also with as much water as I have to drink it fills me up. Anybody else in the same boat?

    Goals this week:
    Must be accountable for all that goes in the pie hole
    Zumba 4x
    Pilates 2x

    I'm at 185 this week. Only a half of a pound down, but I'll take it! I'm ready to kill it this week. I'm refocusing and committing myself to a hardcore week. I need to get back to basics! I did well with the workouts all week, but this week I need to get back on track with logging and drinking the H2O.

    I didn't weigh myself today and it's a little late in the evening. Will weigh in the morning.

    Sorry I've been AWOL, I've been way off track lately and extremely ashamed of my gain. at this point I'll be happy to get back where I was at the start of this and stay there long enough to keep losing. So far so good today- went to the gym AND have been eating healthy all day. I'm going to take it one day at a time until I can get back into it. It used to be so much easier...

    Up to 202.4. However, I'm thinking that may have something to do with the Italian beef sandwiches last night... and probably the impending AF as well. Oh, well. I'll get it sorted and straightened out, and come in strong next week. ^_^
