Those who stood out in the week 7 numbers that have checked in so far...

airbear3...................with a loss of 5lbs last week!
airbear3...................with a loss of 2.91% of her total weight over the last week!

And congrats to EVERYONE who checked in for losing a combined 54.3lbs this WEEK for a total of 385.7lbs for the challenge so far!

    Dang! And I was doing so good to stay on the chart every week. Hehe. Oh well.

    Thank you Rachel! You girls are such great motivation. I wish I had a decent picture of one of the "pin-up -ish" dressed I wore on vacation. Of course we didn't get formal pics taken that night and the only one I have is from the chest up. I'll have to wear it again and do up the makeup and have DH take a pic for me :)

    Let's keep up the great work! Here in the US we're past the big summer holiday and we don't have another one for a month and half. Let's see how great we can be when the Fall starts.

    My Two Week - Three Pound Challenge...(to myself)

    I need some help ladies...I have a big goal date coming up. I really wanted to be 40 lbs down by my 6 month date (07/25). I have just 3 lbs. to go. So, here are my goals.

    1. BIG workouts! (dual morning/night workouts Sun-Thur) (at least 30 min. Fri/Sat)
    2. CLEAN eating! (mainly fruits, veggies, lean meat, low sodium & carbs)

    I am really motivated to do this...now just to DO IT!!!

    Fantastic job ladies. I cannot believe we've lost three whole people. :drinker:

    Goals this week:
    1. Complete week 11 of TF.
    2. Drink 8 - 10 cups of water each day.
    3. Swap high calorie desserts for low-cal fudge bars three times this week.

    I guess its cause Tamara story is similar to me.

    Goals for the week:
    Work out 5 days
    Drink about half my body weight in water. Im going to use the sw since its going to be a hot week. (137.5 oz of water)
    Try to walk a Mile or Half way around the park near me.

    Yippee! I love seeing the new numbers every week! It really pushes me to behave! This week will be tough because I'm going off of the HCG drops. I hope I can make it!

    I have been pretty good at keeping up with my exercise, I just need to make sure I keep up with reaching the minum net calories. (I was at 1050 net last night)

    I updated the charts. Sorry I couldn't get to it 'til after my run. You might not see the update image until tomorrow morning though. When you do, it will show 63.3lbs lost as a group for the week and 455.5lb total. :flowerforyou:

    1. Getting back on track and stop using last week's sickness as a crutch this week
    2. At least 4 days of exercise this week
    3. Replenishing my supply of healthy/clean food
    4. Quitting this binge trip I've been on the past few days
