  • Hi there, I've been living my MS for about 6 years now. My main symptom is extreme fatigue which makes exercising very difficult. When I get home from work I'm basically too exhausted to do anything, and if I do it before work then I can't make it through the day. What I've been trying to do is go for a quick 1 km walk…
  • do you mean the 30 day shred? I tried it but found it a bit too repetitive. However, I know people that have had a ton of success with it
  • good choice! Someone gave me the zooper jogging stroller, and it totally sucks. it's heavy, and the front wheel doesn't pivot.
  • I think you should be more concerned about the horrible negative self talk in your user name. But as for sugar, I stopped checking mine because fruit kept putting me over, and over eating fruit isn't what got me here in the first place :)
  • I just grocery shopped for my family for the week, didn't buy any "budget" groceries, everything was name brand. Total cost was $110. All the recipes I'm making this week are either from a weight watchers cookbook or the Biggest Loser quick start. It's really not that expensive:smile:
  • I've never heard of someone eating out because they were too broke to grocery shop. I'm also really curious about where you're eating out that's so cheap and where you grocery shop. I can feed my family of three for about $200 a week...and every time we eat out it's about $50. Times that by 3 meals a day and it doesn't add…
  • according to what you said, you're surviving on about 600 calories a day. That isn't sustainable or healthy. You need to eat what you burn

  • I would just try. I was 250 when I get pregnant and only gained 6 lbs. On my sons one month birthday I was lighter than I was the day I got pregnant. Good luck!
  • I agree. There are soooo many kinds of fruits and vegetables out there. Maybe you need to go to your green grocer or local farmers market and buy some new things, or retry old ones. For instance, fresh carrots have a completely different taste than those baby carrots you buy in the bag. Good luck
  • the "oily anal leakage" side effect turned me off. Thanks, but no thanks

  • if you're doing a ton of workouts and burning a lot of calories, then you need to make sure you're eating enough. When I'm having a hard time doing that, I try drinking my calories with a big glass of milk or make myself a smoothy
  • I don't get detoxes. Our body is already set up to get rid of the stuff we don't need, If you eat healthy and exercise, I'm not sure why anyone would need to do this. Maybe that's why you're getting a headache...most detoxes I've read about have really been a short term fast, and that's not good. Make sure you're getting…
  • your body can't tell time. Eat when you're hungry. As long as you stay within your calorie limits, you'll be fine
  • how many pounds are in a stone? I always thought it was about 13 but I'm not 100% sure. Good luck on your journey!
  • I might not be the best person because we live on the west coast and eat a lot of fresh seafood. But I think that's the key. Don't buy frozen, and don't buy stuff that wasn't packaged in North America. Salmon is amazing...it really doesn't need anything but there are lots of delicious marinade. Just steer clear of the…

  • awesome! You look great :)
  • here's how I look at it. I didn't get fat eating fruit, so I'm not worrying too much about my fruit intake. The good outweighs the bad IMO. And if you follow weight watchers, fruits are now free on the new plan
