Need to lose 4 stone

Both myself and my husband joined yesterday. I need to lose 4 stone, my dh needs to lose at least 5 1/2 stone. We did it together about 3 years ago - then I found out I was pregnant (planned but quicker than expected). I ended up eating to cope with the morning sickness and my dh joined in! We both suffer with bad backs and my dh sleeps very badly (snores and wakes himself up several times a night). Enough is enough - the fat has got to go!

    how many pounds are in a stone? I always thought it was about 13 but I'm not 100% sure.

    You can do it, especially since you've done it before. I've lost about 4 stone now, still got a couple to lose though.
