:laugh: :laugh: I'm starting to burn every single calorie I eat.. Should I eat more just to fill those calories.. urgh what to ?? what if I'm not hungry..

    if you're doing a ton of workouts and burning a lot of calories, then you need to make sure you're eating enough. When I'm having a hard time doing that, I try drinking my calories with a big glass of milk or make myself a smoothy

    Enjoy the deficit! :)

    I've had days where I've eaten 1,800 calories, burned over 2,000 calories and ended up better off because of it. It's awesome.

    Thanks, I sometimes forget to eat in the summer then I end up waiting till late at nite.. protein shakes would work I guess..

    I know I love the energy I get from that workout, it seems to be working I'm losing lbs, slowly but, it's all good. Thanks
