I'm going to have to agree with digitalbill on this one. I grew up in the country and I understand how hard it is to get rides. You need to have your own car and from what you've said, that sounds like your only option in the short term.

I agree with most of the people who've posted--avoid processed ones if you can, and otherwise don;t stress about it. ^^ I go over too. Mine is about 50% of each though, so I do try to watch it. Good luck!

I always drink sprite or 7up to settle/unbloat my stomach. That and soda crackers. Together, not one or the other. :)

I also have the Polar FT4 with chest strap. ^^ Its been a wonderful tool and has kept super accurate numbers for me. If you are going to spend the money on a HRM, get one with a chest strap. While they're slightly high calorie, I love raw almonds. A serving of those keeps me satisfied for awhile. Also try low-fat graham crackers with natural peanut butter. Those are amazingly filling. Mine says less, depending on the exercise is just how much less. I really love my Polar FT4. Zumba, Treadmill and xBox 360 Kinect are my choices of cardio.

More often than not, I am Team More. I like to eat a little more food than most people. I like having the extra calories either at the end of the day, or in case I make a mistake. However, I hop the fence fairly often though, cuz I get lazy. :P

It asked me for my current weight. That was all. Yeah I was thinking a HRM was probably the best way to go. Its pretty frustrating though when you think you've been burning way more calories than you've actually been burning.
