Thanks for all the support and advice, I just feel like i'm going backwards, last yr I had my gall bladder removed then this yr my thyroid and now just monday i'm a pre-diabetic....what's next, i'm doing what i need to do but it's like i'm doing nothing at all!

I use the strawberry one with strawberries, babana's, almond milk and might throw in a few blueberries.....tastes pretty good!

Well I have just been told by my doc that I have hypothyroidism.....which explains a lot but the side effects scare me to the point where I don't want to take the stupid little pill!

I just found out last month, I work out and "try" to eat right but the scale goes up & down, not sure if my meds are right since these are the 1st one's myself think they need adjusting...............glad to see i'm not alone!

Not sure how many calories I burned, don't have a HRM yet, went to Zumba class tonight, i'm pretty sure it was a lot monday's are extreme, I sweat like a hog all through class, her class is no joke!

One trick of drinking that amount water is.......64oz sounds like a lot right which it's 8-8oz glasses of water but I only drink Dasani bottle water the bottle is 16. something oz so if I drink 4 of them that's the 64 ounces but I drink more then 4 thou......good luck! oh and the ziplock idea is a great one I make a big…

Well I did just come off of monthly and no I don't eat my calories back, i've read somewhere that your are supose to but I know if I did i'll be back where I started before the excercise!
