burn fat boost metabolism?

I need Jillian in my lounge to kick my butt this morning!! So not motivated so I'm going to give the burn fat boost metabolism one a go this morn instead of shred, just to change it up a bit I'M GETTING BORED!! anyone givin this one a go and thoughts on it?

    Its a pretty fun 45 minute workout. I do it once in a while. Its not much for strength building, mostly a cardio based workout.

    I would like to know also, with my slow metabolism (hypothyroidism) I need all the help I can get!

    I did it this morning! I thought that the Shred was just to easy! I love this workout so much more! It is intense! But it feels good and I actually feel like I am working out... the Shred wasn't doing it for me. And I think you burn more in this video then the shred. Good luck and enjoy :)

    HOLLY MOLIE...does it ever get any eaiser?? It borderline killed me!!!! excellent workout and waaaaay harder than the shred!!!! maybe I'll alternate days shred one this the next and Sun as a rest day,as well as my walks....far out I'm still shaking!!! Jillians a killer!!

    I have that one but haven't done it in a while...It's a pretty good one though. Definitely fairly intense though I do agree it's more a cardio one but still does have some strength stuff.

    I am thinking about alternating it with the Shred as well!
