Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to give these a try. I have had the fiber one brownies and they are good for the chocolate fix, but I would rather bake my own. I do not care for the peanut butter brownies, they tasted off.

Wow! I can relate. I was extremely sick with my first child. Lost 25 lbs the first half of my pregnancy and was my lowest weight in years. I packed on the pounds after I had my daughter. When our bodies starve for so long it is inevitable. Thank goodness my sickeness was not nearly as bad with #2. Also my weight gain was…

I have had a few sets of paniers. I like the ones that have a few external pockets making it handy to get to my keys, wallet ect. I also use a bike trailer to get groceries, very helpful (of coarse when the kids aren't tagging along). My bike bags are old, so I don't really have a recommendation with brand, and I found…

I am 5'3" and I am in the same boat. My start weight was 210lbs and I am now at 199. My ultimate goal is 130lbs. I just started using MFP a week or so ago and have lost two pounds. I am hoping this keeps me motivated. I am going to add you as a friend.
