Just for today 1/12 Forgive myself for my lunch binge and move on Finish my three big water bottles Workout after work to try to damage control my binge Have a small dinner before 8pm Don't stay up too late bingeing on Netflix :)

I have been in that cycle and still do that some times.... but I always come back to MFP. I log no matter what stupid stuff I ate. Some days are bad some are awesome. Hang in there you will get your power soon. Maybe try a yoga class or event at home meditation? Sounds like your mind is not in the right place. Healthy Mind…

Hi Great thread! MFP is telling me 1200 cals daily but I keep bringing partly because I think the calories are too loo. There for I will loose 5 lbs gain 5lbs because I cant take such low calories I say for get it. Maybe I need to look at some Over 1200 and Losing Diaries. Do you Just send a message to request a friend?

5 lbs lighter BUT ... I was smoking like a chimney ....Im totally off cigarettes (Yayyy !) but a few pounds heaver. I smoked for ten years so I'm really proud of quitting. Now I can focus on a truly healthy body.

This is just a response to some of the comments losing weight is calories in calories out. period...if you have a different goal like toning then incorporating other methods is imperative if six meals of eating healthy works for you go with it..it you can keep you calories where they need to be and still get adequate…

I cut out alot of dairy because alot of the choices did not go along with clean eating.. you dont have to cut it out just make sure you reading the lables on the dairy you do eat...and if you exploring this option check out almond milk i really like it

Funny- I refuse to waer anything other than yoga pants...i dread wearing "real pants" like jeans or kakhis ... I went to dinner with a friend and she highly suggested that I wear "real pants." Annoying -- fat tummy feeling when i sit down and that fat roll the forms over the top of pants --urrrghh hate it
