A dressing made from nutritional yeast (for those who don't know, it's basically the vegan equivalent of cheese sprinkles, and it is AMAZING): http://hollyhocklife.org/recipewednesday-hollyhocks-famousyeast-dressing-revisited/ This is SOOOOO GOOD.

I'm 5'5" exactly, went from 185 to 127. Went back up ~15 pounds due to binge eating disorder, back down to 127 thanks to a keto-paleo lifestyle :) Goal is 120, but honestly I'm not in a rush. Just want to get as fit as possible!

Almond butter, peanut butter, cashew butter, hazelnut butter... I love them all. * q*

Yup! I went from 8.5-9 to size 8. Didn't know I had so much fat in my feet!

Soda, potato chips, and french fries. Actually, I'm not too crazy about fried things in general. Yay.

I'd give over half of the money to my parents, buy myself a nice condominium, and stash the rest in the bank. Maybe invest in something.

Age: 22 5'5" SW: 185.2 lbs CW: 127.6 lbs GW: 120 lbs Not gonna lie. I'm trying to lose those last 7.6 lbs for the sake of vanity, mostly. I'm pretty athletic and I have decent muscle mass, but I have a little bit of flab in the lower hips and thighs that I would like to get rid of. The curse of the pear shaped woman!…

I'm the blunt, logical one who doesn't like to show her ~feelings~ and would eagerly beat someone up for her friends. Basically, I am Spock.

Oh man, I haven't played DDR in forever! I really should. My favorite songs were Maxx Unlimited, Paranoia, Breakdown, and Speed Over Beethoven. I should pull my DDR mat out of storage. Thanks for the reminder!

Height: 5'5" (165 cm), Weight: 127.6 lbs (I'm very athletic and have decent muscle mass) Bust: 34 in., waist: 24 in., hips: 35 in. (last checked in April, at 129 lbs. Actual measurements may be lower at this point)

Try doing the modified, alternating lunges for a while, and transition to jumping lunges when the alternating lunges become too easy. When I first started 30DS, jumping lunges were just CRAZY for me! I was doing the modified version for quite a while, then increased to half jumping, half modified, until I eventually did…

YUM! Durian.

Beat stuff up (either my punching bag or my poor sparring partner, lol). Go for a run. Drink some tea. Read a good book.

When you need to buy new workout clothes because your yoga pants almost fell off during training (ALMOST. Phew).

Eating fat doesn't make you fat! With that said, PB is fine as long as you stay within your calorie limit. Also, it isn't a good source of protein. If you're looking to up protein, turn to something else (e.g., meat!). I eat peanut butter because it's delicious. And quite healthy, provided it's natural PB and not the junk…

Nope. In fact, I weigh less now than when I was half my age (11). Feels good, man.

Height: 5'5 Age/Gender: 21/Female Highest Weight: 191 lbs., sometime between senior year high school and university Current Weight: 127.6 lbs. (checked May 1st) Lowest Weight: of my adult life, 127.6 lbs. (now!). I was heavier as a kid (150 lbs. at 12) and teenager (160 lbs. onward) Goal Weight: 120 lbs. Ultimate Goal: 120…

Seconding MysticRealm's suggestion. I was barely an A cup too BEFORE weight loss, now I'm almost totally flat! I have an awesome padded push-up from VS though, and when I have it on I look like I'm a B/C cup! VS bras do wonders.

I made some homemade cocoa peanut butter and it was amazing... and I maaay have gone a tad overboard with it. Nut butters are one of my weaknesses! I didn't do so bad, though, probably ~2000 total calories for the day. The annoying glutton in me wanted to eat more, but I nipped a potential binge in the bud by brushing my…

7 lbs. These last pounds are going to be pesky to lose!

BBQ meat. I'm on a ketogenic diet so eating BBQ meat is actually good for me (esp. fatty cuts), but my problem lies in portion control. If 3 pounds of BBQ meat is in front of me, I WILL eat the entire 3 pounds, and it's not pretty. Since I'm approaching my goal weight, I'm trying to watch my calories, so I try to avoid BBQ…

Under 15g net carbs is really low, and I've been doing keto since June! I'd say 20-30g is fine (that's how much I eat myself) for steady weight loss, not to mention a lot more sustainable. I LOVE veggies (especially broccoli)! That's ideally where you should be getting most of your carbs from. Keto is only as successful as…

I weigh ~134 now (height is 5'5"), down from 185. Was 185 back in April and the change was already pretty noticeable 15 pounds down, at least to me. I remember seeing more prominent collarbones for the first time, as well as a hint of my ribs (I'm pear-shaped). The comments didn't really come in until 23 pounds down,…

My heaviest was 191. I wore size 12-14 on the bottom but size 8-10 (sometimes even 6) on top. Total pear shape! I'm 5'5".

5'5" (165 cm) ~ 135 lbs (haven't checked in a while since shark week is coming up) Bust: 32" Waist: 25" Hips: 36" I'm pretty athletic, so I have a decent amount of muscle tone.
-
I'm the opposite! I'm a total pear shape. My upper body is very lean, to the point where I can count my ribs. However, I have disproporionately huge childbearing hips, with a butt and thighs to go along with them. Thankfully they've gotten a bit smaller now that I've lost weight, but they're still huge in comparison to my…

If you don't have a nut allergy, I'd recommend almond milk. So good.
