  • Do not use two different scales to weigh yourself, it is that simple. Just like everyone else has said, you will get two different readings this way. I would stick to the one at your house because more than likely the one at your gym is off. Using just the one scale will give you the consistency in your weight that you are…

  • You also may be able to ask them if the provide the nutritional value of the dishes. Some places have the info, but it is not on the menu, you just have to ask them for it.
  • It is best not to do either, lol. But I understand the convenience when running late, and I do the same. I would have probably gone with the Sausage Egg McMuffin. McDonalds also has Fruit & Maple Oatmeal that is very good and a little better for you. With the brown sugar Cal - 290 Fat - 4.5 carb - 57 Prot - 5 Without the…

So yes, the best thing to do is to at least be in decent shape and be able to pass the pt test before you ever get to basic.

  • I like the ladies that have some meat on them. Some of these models and movie stars that a lot of guys go crazy over, I just don't get. I think they need to down a couple of double bacon cheese burgers, with extra cheese and bacon.
  • I agree, what some of you are talking about is not real tea. If you buy it in bottle form, then it is not as healthy as you think it is. And please do not take that the wrong way. I was there too, I used to love the bottled Lipton green tea with citrus, until I tried bagged and then loose leaf. Then the Liptons was just to…
