Trust the heart rate monitor MFP is more ov an average for most people. In reality very few people are going to be at what MFP says but it gets you close enough. I don't have the luxury of cooking my own food right now, otherwise I would poach eggs. @kay I started per-logging today in the attempt to keep on top of thing but as I don't often know what they are going to be serving for lunch and dinner in the chow hall it is hard to pre-log.

Well I logged it and man it is not pretty and I feel sick just looking at it 700 cal over and the fat well lets not talk about that. I'm just going to get back to doing things as ussual and forget about it thanks for the support everyone.

going over on protien should be considered a good thing if you are doing any sort of weight training as that is what your muscles need to repair themselves. As long as your calorie count and fat count is good i wouldn't worry
