I have a pair of brooks that are super comfy. I don't run but I do speed walk in them everday and they have lasted a year so far. I hope this helps you.

wow congrats it takes alot of dedication and courage to do what you did and are still doing. I'm still struggling with getting below the 200, which I'm very angry that I let myself get this high but you live and you learn I guess. any tips on the diet part though? cause that is the hardest part for me right now.

Yep all the time lol. Having 2 year old twin girls keeps me so busy that i forget to eat 3 meals a day and drink water. So to help with this problem I carry around a big bottle of Smart Water.

I bought the Biggest Loser Bootcamp and Biggest Loser Cardio Max because they are the best ones (and Biggest Loser Yoga but i didn't have enough to buy that one as well). the doctor's scale is evil :mad: lol. The only workout i do right now is the Biggest Loser Bootcamp for 45 minutes and i walk 2 miles everyday. But I'm open to other workouts. Weighing in on Fridays sounds good.

B12 works just as good as diet pills without the jittery feeling and its better for you. its available at any drugstore and cost between 10$-15$ a bottle depending on how much you want.

From what I've hear B-12 does help with giving your body more energy. And its a lot healthier than drinking coffee everyday. I've never had the shot but I know if you don't want you to get the shot you can also get B-12 capsules at any drugstore. They cost anywhere from 5$ to 10$ depending on how many you want. Brooks or New Balance are two very good brands. I have a pair of Brooks myself that I wear when I speed walk daily. I've had them for about a year and they are still like new.
