In nike world they call it your power song. I call it a "keep going" song. For me, its usually "Look at me I'm a winner!" by the Aquabats. How about the rest of you?

    "BODIES" IS AN AWESOME SONG, IT REALLY gets you moving, i have LOVED that sone ever since i saw the movie xXx when it came out in 2002, hence our son's name"Xander"

    Anything Techno it totaly keeps me moving plus the beat changes like every 8 seconds ( if you ever need suggestions for this I have a ton)(techno child here:wink: ). I realy like stuff from Linkin Park, disturbed is awesom and when I lift weights I listen to my angry:mad: music like korn or slipnot. When Im dancing around the house with my daughter we listen to jack johnson or slightly stoopid :happy:
