It may just be who you are. The calorie goal that MFP gives you is a starting point gleened by averaging thousands and thousands of people. It's not literally who you are and what you burn. Update, YAY!!!!!! I managed to haul myself out of bed this morning at 6:30 to go for my walk with my dogs. It was a beautiful clear crisp morning and the view of the city from the beach was gorgeous. Anywho, thanks to all of your encouragement, it really did help. :bigsmile:
