I tried it before and never actually made it through the whole 30 days. It is pretty tough, but that's why people get such great results! You just do as much as you are able and it will get easier. Also, be prepared to be a little sore for the next few days, but that's a good thing, right?! I am going to attempt it again…

Try juicing your own fruit if you have a juicer. You can make all sorts of new fun drinks and maybe even try throwing some veggies in there. It will be less sugar than store bought juices packed with extra sugar and articial sweetners.

Oooohhh! Great job! So good for you and tasty too! I usually try to switch been with turkey, went to 1% milk from 2% milk, whole wheat instead of white...it's all about the little things. Good Luck!

I like to put flax seeds in my yougurt. It ads a few extra calories and good fats, plus its so good for you! I like smoothies for breakfast too! I use 1 cup of 1% milk, 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, and 1 cup of fruit. Quick and delicious.

I tried JM 30 Day Shred and it just about killed me, lol. I can only do 2 of the 3 circuits of the beginner workout if I want to be able to walk the next day. I guess that means it works.
