  • 200-300 but i read a study once that if you eat 600 for breakfast instead of 300 it helps with afternoon cravings. i tried it and it did work, but i just cant eat that much at one time. i thought i was going to explode with oatmeal!! :tongue:

  • get cute gym clothes! i know that sounds lame but if i have cute gym clothes it makes me want to wear them. and they are the tight kind which makes me want to work out harder to not look huge in spandex! i also find that taking a class helps because they know if you dont go! burn baby, burn!! :smile:
