I admit I tried it for a month back in Aug. I will give it credit for helping jump start my weight loss, but I really couldnt deal with the headaches. I couldnt focus they were getting sooo bad!! Plus I quickly realized I was still losing 10+ lbs a month just by logging and exercise, without spending all the money! So far…
