  • You take advair before you run not aburterol? Advair is a strong drug and steriod. I've never heard that advice before. I take advair in the morning and before bed.

  • I just did the calender thing using google calendars writing good/bad ... I've had 10 bad days compared to my 8 good days ... I really didn't think I was doing that horrible. No wonder I haven't lost anything. Thats crazy! I'm gonna try to keep up with this calendar thing. It really puts everything in perspective.

  • Your arms can't possibly be as bad as mine - trust me on that. I can hypnotize somebody with my arms. In my younger life I was a pitcher for softball so I had huge arms and strength. .. now I have sagging... like 3-4 inches. :tongue:

  • i feel your pain. Plus size clothes in general aren't very stylish. Slowly they are getting more junior plus size stuff that is at least with fashion.
  • I LOVE my iphone. There are so many useful apps out there. I even use irun to track my running.
