hey, yeah i do a simalar job, i just put 30-60 mins of walking as for my days of work :) its excercise at the end of the day xx

ive got a pair of the weight watchers electronic ones, they are really good, they even show quater n half a pound etc which is good, and they are very accurate!! xxx

i eat arounf 1200-1300 calories a day, i have at least 3 meals a day and snacks and i dont feel hungry at all, i dunno whether im just choosing low calorie food so i can eat lots but it seems to be okay for me xx

if your really good you may balance it out, you just wont loose anything this week xx

try reducing your calories just by a little bit to shock your body, its probably got used to it all xx
