If you were eating vegetables you were getting calcium, lots of greens like broccoli are high in calcium.

I had a small separation after my second child, it does go back together but takes time, the only ab work I was able to do was planks, no sit up/crunches as that can make the separation worse. You can Google exercises that can help with the healing.

I'm 5ft2 20weeks and I average around 2300 a day for maintenance calories. I started pregnancy overweight so I'm only supposed to gain between 15 and 25 lbs. My weight is right on track at the moment. Your maintenance sounds about right to me. ( I also walk daily for about 1.33 miles.

Talk to your doctor, but you shouldn't count calories while pregnant. Eat healthy foods in frequent small amounts and drink a lot of water. Your not going to be able to maintain your weight while pregnant you are going to gain, but that is what your body is supposed to do.

Honestly it could be the breastfeeding, try increasing your calories 200-300 to eat back what you would burn breastfeeding. According to MFP and other calculators i need to eat 1500-1600 a day to lose weight but i wasn't losing being so low because I'm breastfeeding, once i increased my calories to 1800 I started loosing…

I didn't think about that, its a good idea though. I don't know if I could have done that though, my son takes a long time to eat and if I didn't throw it away I probably would have been taking bites here and there :( will power I have little of, but I'm working on it.

Well if you measured your chest, waist, and hips. your didn't lose anything in your chest, you probably lost some in your tummy which is below the waist measurement and you didn't loose anything in your hips. Your probably lost the weight in your thighs and tush.

Thankfully I have noticed the problem and I will continue to keep track of what I eat, and try and get rid of the unhelpful foods although its hard right now because its the holidays and…
